Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming contacts from customers via phone, chat, email, and WhatsApp.
- Match guests with their perfect vacation adventures and make their dreams come true.
- Assist customers with questions and recommendations about our travel adventures.
- Work with our travel partners to confirm reservations and notify guests of the details.

- Advanced English, spoken and written.
- University Degree or University with at least 2 years of coursework completed.

Q: What is the salary for the position?
A: Starting salary is $800.00 per month, plus uncapped performance bonus. Salary increases with tenure and performance, up to $1100/mo. Advancement opportunities take it higher. We typically pay above market for all our positions.
Q: Are you a call center?
A: No. Like all e-commerce companies, we have a contact center as part of our operation, where we make our customers’ vacation dreams come true. We service our customers by phone, chat, email, and social media. We are NOT an outsource or third-party like a call center—we sell only our own products and services to our customers.
