Job Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming contacts from customers via email, phone, and live chat.
- Effectively identify your customer’s needs and match them with their perfect experience.
- Use your organization and time management skills to track multiple leads simultaneously.
- Work with our travel partners to confirm reservations and notify guests of the details.
- Place outgoing calls and emails to travel partners and customers as necessary.
- Be punctual, flexible, and prepared to work together as a team to fulfill our customers’ needs.
- Attend all training sessions and become an expert on our websites, products, and services.
Position Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Spanish with high proficiency in speaking and writing each language.
- A positive, motivated, and personable style that will represent the exciting services we offer.
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical, and organized with experience in customer service
- Must possess excellent communication, writing, and critical thinking skills, as well as be a team player.
- Experience with computers and software programs like Microsoft Windows and Outlook.
