As a member of our technical innovation team, you will assist in the design, development, implementation and support of our network of international adventure websites. You will interact with and support our award-winning customer service team to create lifelong memories for our international customers, using your English and web design/development skills to help build, maintain, and grow our web presence. You will relish the vibrant and supportive environment, where fun is not just what we sell, but a way of life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with keeping our network of international adventure travel websites current and up to date, using Adobe Dreamweaver to make changes and add new tour offerings.
- Use Adobe Photoshop to optimize photos for publication on our websites and social media.
- Assist with social media design and updating, SEO, and development of new websites.
- Qualified candidates will also have the opportunity to perform workstation and server administration and general IT support for our customer service team.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent in English and Spanish with professional levels of speaking and writing each language.
- A positive, motivated and ambitious attitude that will inspire those around you.
- Must be detail-oriented, analytical and organized with experience in HTML and web design.
- Experience in web server administration, general IT support, Microsoft Exchange is helpful.
